ROOF MOUNTED AXIAL FLOW FANS
THGT-HATCH Series

Combining a motorized hatched enclosure and a mechanical extract fan, the THGT-HATCH is a roof-mounted unit designed for vertical smoke extract in fire conditions.
F300/F200-120 and F400-120 certification for dual purpose as per EN 12101-3 (0370-CPR-6216 and 0370-CPR-6213 respectively).

Fan
THGT series fan, bearer of the AMCA Seal for Air Performance.
Long casing configuration and Form A, for easy impeller access for maintenance.
Casings formed from rolled sheet steel with a corrosion resistant hot dip galvanised finish to EN 1461. Corrosion category C4.
Variable pitch angle impeller, dynamically balanced to ISO 14694: G6.3, made from high grade aluminum. Hubs made from aluminium or pressed sheet steel, depending on diameter and temperature requirements.
2 Poles F400-120 model with aluminium impeller-hub formed from a one piece casting.

Hatch
Designed and built for ease of installation and commissioning, energy savings and to withstand severe weather conditions.
Standard design base for roof curb mounting, hot dip galvanised finish to EN 1461. Corrosion category C4.
Mounting through roof on beams or purlins possible with JBS-HATCH accessory. Corrosion category C4.
Air tightness < 3m3/h/m2 @ 50Pa.
Insulation value U = 0,42W/(m2K) thanks to thermal bridge break.
Snow Load SL 1000 @ T(-25).
Wind Load WL 1500 (sizes 1, 2 & 3) & 1000 (size 4).
Outside ambient temperature -25ºC to +40ºC.
Opening mechanism for 20,000 cycles.
Includes contacts for open/closed HATCH position monitoring.
Connections for motor and powered actuators via independent IP65 external terminal boxes.

Motors & actuators
Single speed in 2 and 4 poles.
Two speed in 4/8 poles.
IE3 efficiency category from 0,75kW onwards, IE2 minimum for lower kW motors.
Not applicable to 8 pole or two speed motors.
F300-120 & F400-120 motors are IP55, class H insulation.
Electrical supplies:
Three phase 230/400V-50/60Hz up to 3 kW.
Three phase 380/415V-50Hz, for higher power motors and two speed motors.
Motors suitable for inverter control.
In emergency operation, no need for DOL or de-rating, as long as the VFTM range of VSDs is used, and/or requirements defined in EN 12101-3 are followed.
Actuators: 220-240V 50Hz IP65.
